What is the history with the Hot Yoga? Or Bikram Yoga?
I ask myself this question since I know yoga.
What is the matter's so crazy to go to the Hot Yoga?
What is Hot Yoga? Or Bikram Yoga? This is yoga, but in a heated room. Not wet, but heated dry, much like in the dry sauna. It's hot, but not wet. It is you who become wet.
There is also in rooms with high humidity. That too is another story.
I asked myself this question until yesterday, before my class. After I understood.
Heat relaxed the muscles, we all know. But VLA be in extreme heat, between 95 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit, I did not think it would make a difference.
Until I tried it for real.
When moving, it gets hotter, and when it is warmer, the muscles become more malleable, more flexible, easier to lie down and relax.
Getting a massage in a room where it's really cold, it's not really a good idea.
But yesterday, I understood.
This is more than just yoga. It becomes an extra-sensory experience.
We sweat as we never sweat in your life. Even for those who do not sweat. It's hot. One would think that at times it's suffocating. What a pleasure it twisted, yeah.
And the body becomes very flexible. I almost felt a soft drug, which makes me more flexible.
And it's very sensual. It is also more meditative.
Everyone in the room experiencing the same thing. Tthe problem of the heat hanging over all.
This yoga shirtless too, it makes a difference. We can better see the body and movements, and awkward postures that may take. So then, seeing better contact with his body is much better.
And shorts are wet completely. Soaked. As the carpet. The next time, we must also bring a towel to the carpet. And one for himself, which is used widely.
It's almost too sexual. I will not elaborate on this point-cons.
I could finally relax for the first time this week. After class, all the noise in the head fell silent. As the wind on two legs. The feeling of wellbeing is glorious.
To advise all, but not without warning that it is not easy. Go try a class to see.
